I bought a truck from this dealership a few days ago and so far things are going well. It's used with 160k miles, so of course it has some issues. A broken tailgate cable, and a missing seatbelt stop button, pretty minor stuff. The body and interior are in good condition for their age and it has new tires though, so it was wasn't anything worth complaining about. However, after I bought it, I found that the e-brake wasn't engaging. Upon inspection, I found the rear brakes were completely seized up with rust. The truck has good enough front brakes that I hadn't noticed it in the test drive or on my two hour drive home, so I have a hard time holding it against them because they may not have either, but that is still a critical part of the vehicle's function. Brakes are easy to work on and all I had to do was clean out the rust and lubricate the parts to get them working again, but still, I would like to think they are checking those kind of things before selling a vehicle to someone.
My family recently doubled in size with the arrival of twins and we were in the market for a used Honda Odyssey. We arrived at Eastlake Auto brokers without an appointment and found out the van we wanted to look at had recently sold. Gary was very helpful and showed us some similar vehicles and we ended up purchasing a Toyota Sienna for the right price with the right miles and the right options. I got a more than fair price for my trade-in. It's a casual, low pressure environment with friendly, helpful staff. I returned a couple days after purchase because I didn't know how to operate some of the features and Russell took the time to walk me through them. Great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Last Sunday I bought my 2007 4Runner with the help of Russell (sales) and Jim (finance manager) and they both were exceedingly helpful in their roles. Russell made the car buying experience fun, informative and stress free. It's always a good sign when you are buying the same car that the salesman is driving. Russell either had all of the answers to my questions or was very willing to find the answers for me. Jim was also super helpful, had a calm and reassuring demeanor, and was not pushy at all when it came time to finalizing the sale.

The customer service was pretty good. The dealership is clean and professional looking. My salesman, Russel, was nice and I got my asking price without any rebuttal. Although, I guess that means I probably could have gone lower, but that was the price I wanted.
