Dr. Thomas and Dr. Reed have been treating me and my family for several years and after my last treatment I wanted to logon and spread the word about what a great office and staff! They are compassionate, fun and caring people who go way out of their way to provide great service. Dr. Thomas came in on a Saturday to fix a broken tooth for my son, I could hardly believe it. Just wanted to say a big thanks!!!!
Dr. Thomas refused to speak with me about any of this and simply threatened to "turn me over to collection" if I didn't pay up.
I had the worst ever experience with Dr. Thomas. I just today returned from my new dentist who explained that the "work" that was performed in Dr. Thomas' office last year needed to be redone, and he then offered to write a letter on my behalf. He was outwardly outraged by what he saw.
Don't be fooled by these bogus glowing reviews. RUN!
