I called Fena Flower Shop and I spoke with Katie and Wow.wow.. What great customer service I told her I just recently met a girl in Mexico last week and I live out of state and I wanted to send her some flowers to her. So. Katie told me she would do something special for me. And that she did. Not only did she do something special she had them delivered the same day within hours. This girl was very surprised and was the hit of the floor. Great job Katie. PS things are working out for me and hope be visiting Seattle soon
I don't remember the girls name that I spoke with, but she was really nice and professional. I wasn't really sure what kind of bouquet I wanted to order for my best friends birthday, but she said that she will make a beautiful one for me and she didn't disappoint. The picture my friend sent me, the flowers were gorgeous and looked really fresh. I was really happy with their service and will order again from them.
