Nice workout area, and friendly staff, however the showers and locker area are filthy, always. Also frequently out of supplies, which I’ve mentioned to staff. Someone else wrote LA Fungus” and I can see why. Easily the filthiest gym I’ve been to.
Elliptical machines have various problems with headphone jacks, or heart rate monitors not working. Same problems for month or more, we haven't seen issues fixed. Machines may still work, but for a "signature" club I would think they'd be on top of fixing this.
We like using the pool but question it's cleanliness, can see chunks of hair floating around when swimming. If the locker rooms aren't maintained, I can't imagine the pool is maintained.
Not worth the additional 5$ charge on top of the multi-club membership every time you go, they don't inform you of that directly btw... The facility is nice and isn't too crowded, but the fee for towel service is basically all I seen that made it a "signature club." Wouldn't recommend this over a basic club.
We go here out of lack of other options & we live close. Have heard of numerous car & locker break-ins, no cameras or any employee that seems to care. "buyer" beware!
Showers are dirty, saw a lightbulb out in one of the stalls for a few weeks without being fixed. LA Fungus is our nickname for it now, seems fitting.
I went to the new Auburn Wa location and Zach helped me Monday evening. I made a complaint to management and would like to make sure you know that this payment was not authorized and his business practices were unethical. Please follow up with him immediately. He made me believe he would not process my paper work until we spoke the next day and I was unable to speak to him when he called me last night to follow up. This was not a mistake! He processed my payment even after a clear verbal agreement that the money would not be touched until I spoke with him. I am very unhappy and will reconsider my membership at this time and refer my friends somewhere else as well. Not a good way to start off a grand opening at all.
I seriously LOVE this gym! The staff is great! They always have copies of their class schedules available at the greeting desk. Clean towels. The equipment at the gym is fairly very clean! You can always find the staff with no trouble for questions! I like that they don't bug me while I am working out!
