Purchasing a Groupon, you never know what level of service you will receive. However, this experience was absolutely ridiculous. I walked into the office and the lady whom greeted me, provided me paperwork. She could have easily been mistaken for a receptionist, come to find out she was the nurse. I told her that I was there to receive Q-Switch laser treatment. She was very unprofessional. She looked at my hands and told me that I had eczema, therefore they would not be able to perform the procedure. Fine, I understand that every precaution must be taken before a medical professional will take part in a procedure. However, I have a few legitimate complaints to lodge. First, I am going to school for health care. She was not a nurse practitioner, therefore she has no right to diagnose. Next, why did the consult take place behind the counter and not in privacy. Finally, her diagnosis was completely inaccurate... where did she go to nursing school? My skin is not inflamed, itchy... it is simply keratosis. Wow, is she looking at losing her license? When I told her that the consult was unprofessional and that others should not have to experience this, she said to take my eczema hands back to Tacoma. I was astonished and have never experienced anything of this sort. I am actually thinking of reporting her to the Department of Health.

The employees are pretentious and rude, do not return phone calls and voicemails, and will cancel on you last minute without making any effort to reschedule. I tried for weeks to get my last treatment rescheduled after a cancellation. No success, and I'm so annoyed. It's less stressful to forget about it than to see them again.
Well i am pleased to say i am extremely happy with the outcome and purchased restylane lyft for my tear troughs as i was recommended. Immediate results and no bruising. I am a bruiser and i didn't even have to wear makeup to cover anything up. That to me is the reason i will be back. The price of what they quoted was a lot less than 3 other doctors i checked with in the past and glad i waited to go to aura and do this.
I had a great expiries. I did the procedures in many clinics before and the effect lasted about 6 months. In November 2016 I did the procedures in this clinic (there was a male doctor). The result is simply stunning! It's been a year already! bought it again!. I wish to look younger again before New Year;) Thank you!
I strongly suggest that you do not purchase any cosmetic procedures from Aura. I walked out of the office thinking, what a scam! Now reading through the reviews, I am quite sure it is! I am definitely not the only one who has been denied a procedure.
I have been trying to reach their office to confirm my appointment with them and they never picked my calls since September, and today I went to them to see what is going on and I was very calm and nice but they were very mean to me because I rated them before September. The lady in the front disk said that I canceled my appointments many times however I never did because I know they don't answer their phones. Then she told me that doctors don't want to treat me anymore and I don't have any sessions left with them while I know by heart and the doctor who treats me know that I still have one session left and she was the one who booked me an appointment on October! I never expected that kind of service from a professional place. I'm very disappointed of how they blame their customers to the point they don't give them the sessions they paid for as a punishment for saying an opinion or rating them. don't recommend it if you don't want your money to be taken from you as a punishment!
