I didn't think it could be done, but they successfully made a new key from my old, worn, broken into 2 pieces key!!! Soo happy, thank you!!

Bought a blank key for them to cut, they messed it up. They told me that if they had known that the blade wasn't exactly the same they could have done it. How was I supposed to know, their whole job revolves around keys. They should know. Didn't even give me a refund or replace my key, I'm never going back.
They under-promise and over-delivered on the time frame for rekeying my ignition. I will be taking my business back to them.
