Nice quiet lobby. Quiet enough I heard the man at reception read a customer's credit card number back to them over the phone.
Decent location with restaurants within walking distance. The room I had was super quiet, unlike other places I rarely heard other guests coming or going.
Location was convenient to be near enough to downtown Kirkland. Room was clean and very nice. Great value for the money. Had some issues with keycards not working, then being registered as defective, needing to get new ones that still had issues (some doors took 10 tries to get in, but the room always worked first try). Overall five stars, but please fix your locks!
