Gorgeous park. Great views. Nice playground. But check your car every 10 minutes. The minute we parked today we saw a car with smashed windows in the lot. This is the second park in two days where we've seen such crime.
Went to the annual OO Denny Park festival with free food and good music and so many activities for kids! This park is a hidden gem that offers playground for kids, sheltered picnic area and beautiful waterfront view. Also beach
Great park with handful of picnic tables and great shore for wading or swimming with kids. A covered pavilion and some of the picnic tables can be reserved through city of Kirkland. The kids playground is clean, I'm great condition, and has good variety.
Beautiful walking trails...easy to medium, not flat. The park across the street on the lake has all amenities. Great for picnics, parties, dog walking ( on leash please)...
Lovely short hike through giant western red cedars and deep (looking) forest right next to neighborhoods. The uphill section is short and well worth the climb.
