Very busy Metro bus park and ride lot. On weekdays, the lot is full by 9am unless it is a federal holiday. During the University of Washington football and Seattle Seahawks season, the lot can get full on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise, there is plenty of parking on the weekends. Make sure to lock your vehicle and stash any belongings in your trunk. Police only do sporadic patrols. Make sure to watch your speed when driving by the park and ride and watch for pedestrians.
Come early to got a spot. With gas prices going up, tolls going up, and paying to park in the downtown area many people have made the change to riding the bus. Good for your wallet and good for Mother Nature.
Positive: 1) located at a major public transit hub. 2) easy access to I-405 express lanes. Negative: 1) there is only one exit and there is no stop light; making a left is always a challenge during rush hour. 2) this is a very popular lot; if your commute starts later then expect to circle the lot or park on the unmarked curbs. 3) getting back to the freeway can be a challenge during rush hour can be a challenge if you don't use the express lanes.
It s really busy depends. Sometimes I get there and there is not spots available to park.
Busy. Get here early for a spot. Parking enforcement can ticket you for parking in a non marked spot. Double check Google directions, sometimes it will show buses from the freeway stop.
