Driver 2189 has to be one of my favorite drivers even though im beyond impressed with all the other cab drivers too . The dispatchers are all helpful and really understanding. Drivers come on time and the rates are very cheap and affordable. Eastside For Hire is the best taxi company in Seattle. I will continue using you guys. Thank you for everything.
I booked a cab online around midnight. I waited 15 minutes for it to show, watched two of them pass me, and when the bus arrived ahead of them, I got on it. I called to cancel and dispatch gave me attitude because I told them I was already gone. Eastside's price is good (IF they show up), but the buck l pay to Metro is better.
Sencomd time, I wait 15 mins and call when no one showed up. I am told it’s because I requested a minivan and they do t have any! So why did they not say this when I called them a couple of hours earlier to confirm my reservation and why is the option even on the website! Now it’s been an hour of wising with parents, 2 yr old and 6 year old who are already cranky for a late night flight! I’m done with these guys!!
Are you kidding me? I called at 12:05 and ordered a cab that should be about "20 min" well 45 min goes by (keep in mind I've been watching outside for the cab so I know it didn't come and go) I call and ask where the heck they are and I emphasize I am very late now for a very special important visit and the girl says there is NO RECORD OF ME CALLING FOR A CAB AND IT SOMEHOW MAGICALLY GOT CANCELLED. SO she ordered me a SECOND ONE which "I'm lucky because there are lots of cabs in my area and it shouldn't be no more than 15 min this time" well 30min goes by AND there still isn't a damn cab outside so I call them and this time "your cab is less than a mile away" I try to cancel but she guys me off by saying " your can will be there in 1 OR 2 min" SO 26 MINUTES go by and ive had it......sobi call them back to tell them I NO LONGER want a cab to come get me (even though I guarantee one wasn't going to show up anyways) I ask to speak to a manager, she then says she's a "supervisor" and that my cab is TWO MILES AWAY. I was
Never again. Once, after waiting for 15 mins, calling and waiting or another 15 mins, I was told my reservatiOn was for 5pm when I have proof that it was for 5 am! Then finally a driver picked me up an hour later.
The dispatchers are all nice and professional, cheap rates, and very understanding and punctual drivers. East side is by far the best taxi company in the Pacific Northwest!!
