WAY OVER PRICED.
My friends and I went in 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday night, no rush or rudeness from the employees working there, they were very friendly and took time with our orders. Had a strawberry milkshake and a spicy chicken sandwich, both very high quality. I think I will be getting their milkshakes a lot often in the future.

The food, service and their special sauce are great... However, the organization and crowd control needs improvement... Waiting 25 min to get your order is a bit much.

I don't get the hype?
...to me.. there's the Frozen food, section of any $ tree or grocery store. is equal to the flavor & quality in it. *shrugs* .. alot of hype fer nothing.
The best location I have been to, very friendly staff. (I've been to some here, Los Angeles and San Diego) food is always hot and order has always been perfect. Only thing they have forgot is sauces sometimes so now I just wait until I'm at the window.
Excellent experience. Loved the service, good and atmosphere. I now get why is such a popular destination - totally worth a bit of extra coin. We'll be back.
