Low rates, you get what you pay for. I moved in on 4/22/17. At that time I was told that the rear gate was not working but that it would be repaired soon. I inquired at the beginning of May on the status of the gate, which is left open 24/7. I was told that the service person wasn't available. It's now 7/12 and the gate is still open around-the-clock. While I was picking something up at my unit I watched someone drive in through that exit. So much for secure access and unique entry codes. The units are not heated or cooled, and the eaves are open, which invites vermin and insects into the units. It's okay if you are cost conscious. I'm storing my items during a remodel and would prefer a more secure and environmentally stable unit. Move out date is 7/16/17. BTW, if money is an issue, the internet rates are lower than the rates you pay if you walk up to the front desk. Also, the clerk wants you to buy their lock for $40 and their unit insurance. I bought the exact same lock at Home Depot for $18 + tax. I also have a rider on my regular insurance to cover damage (of any kind) instead of paying for Public Storage's option, which I think is expensive.

Had a wonderful experience here. The storage unit is great. The property manager, Blake was really helpful and he was able to sort a few requests for us. Overall, a great experience. Will come back again for sure.
My sister recently got a storage unit at Public Storage and encouraged me to do the same when my move date approached. Blake, the manager, is highly exceptional and helpful. He made my move into my storage unit easy and comfortable. I would recommend him and Public Storage to anyone looking to store their belongings.
